Are MAD LEATHER products made of genuine leather?
Yes, absolutely. MAD LEATHER products are crafted from genuine leather and are designed to highlight the natural character and beauty of the material.
Because genuine leather is a natural material, subtle variations in grain, texture, tone, and surface character may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
What payment methods do you accept? Is COD available?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for secure checkout.
Please note that since our primary fulfillment is handled across the United States, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for US orders. All orders must be prepaid through our secure website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. For addresses within the United States, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your leather goods are dispatched from our facility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your Mad Leather purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
