Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

MAD LEATHER LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our manufacturing process. Manufacturing defects must be reported promptly upon arrival.

Nature of Handcrafted Leather & Natural Variations

Our products are meticulously handcrafted from authentic, premium leather. As a natural material, leather inherently features unique textures, grain differences, and slight color variations. These characteristics are the hallmarks of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Color perception can vary depending on your ambient lighting and digital display settings.
• Natural leather color variation and texture differences are not automatically classified as manufacturing defects.
• Personal preference alone regarding color nuance or texture should not be presented as a defect.

Additionally, some items, such as our butterfly chairs, require customer assembly. Assembly-related issues or difficulties are not treated as valid return reasons unless there is a confirmed structural manufacturing defect.

Strict Policy on Customization & Color Standards

Customized, bespoke, personalized, and made-to-order products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has started. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a definitive manufacturing error made on our part.

Refunds & Order Cancellation

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and meticulously inspected at our facility. Once approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

• Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered damaged, broken, or incorrect.
• Order cancellations are permitted only before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Approved returns should be securely packaged and mailed to our USA facility. Please ensure your order number and details are included inside the package.
